The Pitt’ Stars Explain That Nightmare-Inducing Season 2 Scene

Ahead of a new episode of The Pitt, some of the stars from Season 2 are unpacking the “nightmare” scene from the second episode. Many fans were quick to recognize Christopher T. Wood in The Pitt Season 2 as the Chili's Manager from The Office who kicks Pam out for being too drunk. Wood plays Ian Randall in The Pitt Season 2, a man who comes into the E.R. at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center with an erection he can’t get rid of after taking a double dose of ED medication.

Sepideh Moafi, who plays Dr. Al-Hashimi in The Pitt Season 2, recently sat down for an interview, and she recalled filming this scene. “I’m in that scene. I remember that scene very well,” she said. Continuing, “I have nightmares about that scene. I saw [the prosthetic] in the hair and makeup trailer, and I was like, ‘Who’s having fun between shots?’ I was like, ‘What is happening?’ And then I quickly realized what it was.” Supriya Ganesh, who plays the beloved Dr. Samira Mohan, also chimed in, “Every day I thank my lucky stars that I was not in that. I don’t think I could have kept a straight face.”
