The Pitt Takes the Field: Noah Throws First Pitch With Cast + Crew Cheering On

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, Dr. Robby traded the emergency room for the pitcher’s mound at Dodger Stadium! Noah Wyle stepped up for the ceremonial first pitch before the Dodgers vs. Blue Jays game. The energy was electric as fans cheered on from the stands and the screen!

In full The Pitt spirit, several cast and crew members came out to show their support, cheering on their leading man as he delivered that iconic throw in Dodger’s gear!

Although the Blue Jays edged out the Dodgers with a tight 5–4 win, attendees were still excited and beaming about Noah’s standout moment before the game began.

It was more than a game—it was a celebration of the community behind our favorite medical show. Seeing Dr. Robby (and his real-life counterpart) in action on the baseball field was a reminder of just how much heart The Pitt brings, both on and off-screen.
